By accessing our market terminal, research articles, or quantitative portfolio tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
ETF Fund Flow is an independent financial data and quantitative research portal—not a licensed securities brokerage, asset manager, or personalized investment advisor. All market quotes, orderbook metrics, VWAP spreads, constituent weights, SIP simulations, and correlation analyses provided on this website are strictly for informational, educational, and quantitative research purposes.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy
Orderbook prices, Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP) spreads, foreign investor net flows, and constituent baskets are aggregated from official disclosures by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), issuing Fund Management Companies (Dragon Capital / DCVFM, SSIAM, VinaCapital, KIM Vietnam, Mirae Asset, VanEck, DWS), and institutional market data feeds.
While we enforce automated pre-open and intraday sanity checks on all data snapshots, ETF Fund Flow does not warrant that market feeds will be uninterrupted, latency-free, or completely free of upstream exchange errors.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All user interface designs, quantitative engines (Squarified Treemap Heatmap, Reverse Equity-to-ETF Lookup, SIP Compounding Engine, Portfolio Covariance Analyzer), and original research articles on `etf.com.vn` are the intellectual property of ETF Fund Flow. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or high-frequency automated scraping is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
